Refund Terms and Conditions: 
- If product is faulty then customer must send a video of the unbopxing within 2 days after receiving the item 
- Othoba will refund the partial/Full payment if othoba failed to exchange the same item  
- If customer cancel the order becuase of change of mind after the shipment then othoba will not refund the partial payment. 
- In terms of paid order othoba will deduct deliver charge and gateway charge which customer used during payment
